I have been coaching WBR for 18 years. I have multiple State & National Titles. I am owner of LA Choreo where I choreograph for teams around the country. I won Coach of the Year in 2011 alongside my mom. I dance for MU and the Milwaukee Brewers as well preformed in a Superbowl Game. Outside of WBR I am a loving mother of 5 and the founder of Nagel Neighborhood Health Medical Practice. 

Hi I am Sue Putra. I have been apart of the WBR Organization for over 30 years. I served on the Wisconsin State Association for 15 years and served as President for 6 years. I was awarded Coach of the Year with my daughter, Linnea, in 2011. I was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2025. 

I’ve been coaching for the WBR dance program for over 25 years, and it’s truly been a privilege to work with dancers at every level—from preschool to varsity. Throughout the years, I’ve focused on helping each dancer grow in skill, confidence, and teamwork. This year, I’m excited to once again be co-coaching the middle school team with Caitlyn and continuing to share my passion for dance with the next generation.

I am the Juniors head coach! I have been with WBR for over 20 years now starting on their elementary teams/recital classes & dancing all the way through my high school years. I

then dance for HYPE, a hip hop based team in Milwaukee. Outside of WBR, I am a Social Media Director for a sewing company. This upcoming season will

be my 8th year coaching Juniors and I am so excited to see them in action

this season!

Hi! I’m Lili, and I am so excited to be entering my 6th year as a coach with WBR. I danced with WBR for 10 years. My passion for dance and working with children is what drives me as a coach. It’s so rewarding to help young dancers grow both on and off the stage, especially within the same program that shaped my own journey. Can’t wait to see what this season brings!

Hey everyone, I am Casey. I danced for WBR in high school and previously coached the mini team for 10 years. I took some time off as my family grew. I am a mother of two. I taught with the WUSD for 13 years and I’m currently working as a self published author. This is my second year back coaching with WBR. I’m excited to see what this season brings and to work with your dancers.

I will be coaching youth this season. I danced with WBR for 7 years and danced in college. I coached Prevue and Minis before having children and taking a break from coaching. I am a stay-stay-at home mom to my 4 kiddos and outpatient mental health therapist. This is my third year back coaching with WBR and I am excited to work with your dancers and start the season.

Hi, I’m Courtney. This will be my third year coaching with WBR. I danced with WBR for 9 years. After high school, I went through the MATC veterinary technician program. Once I finished my schooling, I took my VTNE to become certified and get my license. I am so thankful I was asked to come back and coach. I love to see the kids succeed and learn to love dance as much as I do! I am very excited to meet everyone and start this next season!

I’m thrilled to be coaching the Minis and Youth teams this season. I danced with WBR for eight years, and this will be my sixth year as a coach. I spent one year coaching the Pixies and Itty Bitty teams, and have been coaching Minis ever since. Alongside coaching, I’m a student at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, studying biology with the goal of becoming a dentist. I’m so excited for the upcoming season and can’t wait to meet all of you!

Hi! I'm Taylor Goodman. I spent six incredible years dancing with WBR and have been coaching for the past four years-both experiences have shaped who l am and continue to inspire my love for working with youth. I'm currently a paraprofessional at Webster Elementary, where I get to support and encourage students every day. Outside of school and coaching, I'm a proud mom to two amazing boys who are my greatest joy and motivation.

Hi I am Ashley and I have danced with WBR for 12 years! I was nominated as Captain of my Senior year team. I coached for 3 years. Outside of coaching I am a manager at Latte Donatte here in Watertown! I look forward to the upcoming season!
